Subscription box is an easy way to connect your blog with your readers and send them updates. You can also have your social media links there in the subscription box. When I first started customizing my Thesis theme, the first thing came into my mind is having a Subscription Box. Since I am a newbie to this, I don’t know how to write the code’s for a Subscription box with Social Media links.
So I went searching for subscription box codes. In my search, I got different Subscription box codes but none of them looks good to me. While my search was going, I went to Shoutmeloud for reading an article and I came across their Subscription box. It looks really cool to me. So I got the code from there and placed it in my Sidebar.

I have given the code which I am using in my blog. You need to Change the Feedburner, Twitter, Facebook and Google Labs links to match your blogs profile. After that just copy the entire code and paste it in a text widget in the Sidebar and you are done. Now you will have a cool Subscription box for your blog.
