I have already written about how to promote your blog using Facebook and how to create a Facebook Fan Page for your site or blog.

Now its time to Add a Facebook Fan Box or Like Box to your WordPress Hosted Site or blog. I am writing this tutorial for those who already have a Facebook Fan Page. For those who don’t have a Facebook Fan Page refer my previous post and create one for your blog.

For this, first login to your Facebook account and click Ads and Pages in the Right Sidebar.

Copy the Code which you have obtained. When you click get code you can actually see two types of codes. One is iframe script and the other one is XFBML which requires Javascript SDK. Copy any of the code which is convenient to you.

Now go to your WordPress Admin panel and click the widget option in the Appearance section. Paste the copied code in a text widget and place the widget in your blog sidebar.
