The role of social media website in traffic generation is now very important and you can’t ignore social websites. Similarly you can’t ignore social bookmarking websites like Digg, Stumbleupon and Delicious.

You can create stability in your traffic, because if you just rely on Google and one day due to any reason, Google ban your blog then what you will do? The more your blog is visible the more regular visitors you will get. No matter if search engines are not sending traffic to your blog, but still you will be able to get a lot of visitors if you make visible your blog in social media websites.

3. Durability

Social Media traffic is real and based on interesting human beings. They know that where they are going and what they will get if they click on a article. Although social media traffic is not consider profitable for AdSense, but for product and service selling this traffic is considered very profitable. So make sure that you spend time in social media websites, because it will send durable traffic to your blog.

The benefits of social bookmarking and networking websites are a lot, but the only thing you need is to keep consistency in your blog. The more consistence you are the better and quick will be result. The best and working social media website is Facebook, so try to create Facebook fan page for your blog. So that you can build a strong network around your blog.

We are getting good amount of traffic through facebook,haven’t spent much time on Twitter ,but I think Facebook traffic is cool

Nice Post Bilal…I also agree with @praveen that social media cant assure regular traffic but sometimes it can be useful when we are not getting enough traffic from Google..
